This employment agreement is entered into between PARTY_1_NAME (Employer) and PARTY_2_NAME (Employee), under the terms and conditions below.
Background
The Employee agrees to participate in remote work arrangement in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement.
Position
The Employee is employed in the position of EMPLOYEE_POSITION in the COMPANY_DEPARTMENT of the Employer.
Duties
The Employee shall undertake the duties outlined below:
EMPLOYEE_DUTIES
Place of Work
Employee scheduled to work offsite for all normal work hours. Employee may be required to come onsite for certain meetings or other activities.
The Employee agrees to maintain a safe, secure, and ergonomic workspace at their remote work location. In the event of a work-related injury, the Employee shall report it to their manager or supervisor as soon as reasonably possible.
Commencement Date
The Employee shall commence work on EMPLOYMENT_START_DATE until either party terminates the agreement.
Probation Period
There is a probation period of PROBATION_PERIOD from the employment commencement date.
Working Hours and Availability
The working hours of the position shall be DAILY_WORKING_HOURS, Monday to Friday (inclusive) with a lunch break of LUNCH_DURATION. The Employee is expected to work over and above these hours when the workload so demands.
The Employee shall not be required to work on Statutory Holidays unless the workload so demands.
During scheduled work hours, the Employee agrees to remain accessible through standard communication channels, including email, text, telephone, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
