This NGO SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT is entered into on 22 December 2024

Between

(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose registered office is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Partner)

(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose registered office is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Sponsor)

1. Background

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for a partnership to raise awareness and promote the PURPOSE, in the target community as mutually agreed, through program activities, including without limitation, seminars, workshops, or events.

This document outlines the collaboration between the Partner and the Sponsor  to accomplish a shared objective of promoting campaign through series of education seminars and workshops.

2. Program Objectives

The Parties agree to collaborate to achieve the following objectives:

2.1 Raise awareness about PURPOSE

2.2 Make specific services or benefits accessible and affordable through means such as digital tools, events or in such other manner as mutually agreed by the parties hereto

2.3 Strengthen community ties and engagement by addressing key societal issues.

3. The Program

3.1 Program Activities: The Sponsor agrees to provide funding for PROGRAM_DETAILS

3.2 Roles and Responsibilities

3.2.1 The Partner will oversee project management, including planning, execution, and reporting. The role and responsibilities of the Partner are listed in Schedule I.
