Telecommunication Consumer Protection Act Violation

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the persistent issue of unsolicited phone calls that I have been receiving from your company, despite my number being registered on the national Do Not Call list. 

According to the regulations set forth by the the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketers may not contact consumers whose names appear on this list more than once in a one-year period.  The repeated and unsolicited nature of these communications is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer.
