This Agreement for Work Change ("Agreement")  is entered into on 02 June 2025

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Hirer")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME, an individual residing at  PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Contractor")

Whereas

(a) WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into a agreement dated DATE pursuant to which the Contractor agreed to perform certain  services for the Hirer (the "Original Agreement");

(b) WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend the Original Agreement as follows:
