Agreement for Work Change

This Agreement for Work Change (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this DATE, by and between:

Employer: NAME, a company organized and existing under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], with its principal office at ADDRESS(hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), and

Employee/Contractor: NAME2, an individual residing at ADDRESS2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee" or "Contractor").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into a Construction Agreement dated [Original Agreement Date] (the "Original Agreement"), pursuant to which the Contractor agreed to perform certain construction services for the Owner;

WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend the scope of work, plans, specifications, or other terms of the Original Agreement to reflect changes in the project requirements;

WHEREAS, the Parties agree that such changes shall be documented in this Agreement for Work Change.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Agreement: means this Agreement for Work Change, including all exhibits, schedules, and attachments hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

1.2 Work Change: The modifications, updates, or adjustments to the scope of work, duties, responsibilities, deliverables, or timelines of the Employee/Contractor as specified in this Agreement.

1.3 Effective Date: The date on which this Agreement becomes effective.

1.4Compensation:The monetary payment or other consideration provided to the Employee/Contractor by the Employer in exchange for the performance of the work described in this Agreement.
