THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 01 April 2025

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Provider)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Customer)

Whereas

WHEREAS, the Association is a governing body responsible for managing the residences within the Association;

WHEREAS, the Provider is in the business of providing SERVICES;

WHEREAS, the Association desires to appoint the Provider to provide the SERVICES and the Provider agrees to provide such services under the terms set forth in this Agreement;

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

1.1 The following terms shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the following respective meanings:

Business Day means any day other than Saturday or Sunday or a Bank or Public Holiday in JURISDICTION_COUNTRY;

Commencement Date means COMMENCEMENT_DATE;

Force Majeure means in relation to either party, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party (including, without limitation, any strike, lockout or other form of industrial action);

the Location means LOCATION;

Services means the services more particularly set out in Schedule 1;
