THIS Amendment to Operating Agreement is entered into on 01 April 2025

Between

(1)             PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (M1)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (M2), (each, a “Member” and collectively, the “Members”)

RECITALS

WHEREAS the Members formed the limited liability company under the name COMPANY_NAME  pursuant to an Operating Agreement dated DATE (the "Operating Agreement"); and

WHEREAS, the Members intend to amend certain provisions of the Operating Agreement; and

WHEREAS, any capitalized terms used in this context that aren't otherwise defined will have the definitions specified in the Operating Agreement.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows in exchange for valued compensation, the receipt and sufficiency of which are now acknowledged:
