ROOMMATE AGREEMENT
This Roommate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on 01 June 2025 the following individuals (hereafter referred to as "Roommates"):

1. The Premises
1.1 The Roommates have agreed to enter this Agreement for the purpose of establishing mutual rights, responsibilities, and expectations pertaining to their shared occupancy of the leased residential premises described below.

3.1 The Roommates intend to occupy the Premises until the END_DATE, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement or any separate lease agreement for the Premises with the Landlord.
4. Lease Agreement
4.1 Where applicable, the Roommates agree to be jointly and severally bound by the terms of any written lease or rental agreement with the Landlord. Any violation by one Roommate may result in liability for all.
