THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AGREEMENT is entered into on 14 June 2025

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Travel Agency")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Company") (along with the Travel Agency, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

WHEREAS:

 (a) The Travel Agency is engaged in the business of providing travel management and related travel agency services;

 (b) The Company desires to engage the Travel Agency to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Services mean certain travel management and related travel agency, including the services as described in Clause 1A in this Agreement.

1.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) references to persons include individuals, bodies corporate (wherever incorporated), unincorporated associations and partnerships;

(b) the headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of the Agreement;

(c) references to one gender include all genders; and

(d) any reference to an enactment or statutory provision is a reference to it as it may have been, or may from time to time be amended, modified, consolidated or re-enacted.
