FREE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1.These Trial Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the trial version of SERVICE_NAME(the “Service”) provided by ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service during the trial period, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. By using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement please leave this Service immediately.

3. The trial period begins when you first register or are granted access to the Service and will automatically expire 7 days thereafter. No payment is required for access during this period. After the trial expires, continued use of the Service will require a paid subscription plan. We/us grant you a non-exclusive licence to search and view the materials on this Service for the purposes of evaluating whether you wish to subscribe to this Service.

4. During the Trial Period and in respect of the Services that you are trialling, you undertake that you will not:

  1. Download to a local machine, network or disk any materials from the Services and save them in electronic form;
  2. Copy and paste any materials from these Services;
  3. Make printouts or copies of any materials from these Services;
  4. Email or otherwise make available materials from these Services to anyone else;
  5. Modify any materials from these Services; or
  6. Share your password/login details with anyone.

5. We may monitor your usage of the Services during the Trial Period.

6. Unless otherwise expressly permitted in these terms, you may not: (i) sell, sublicense, distribute, display, store, copy, modify, decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer, translate or transfer this Services or the materials on it in whole or in part, or as a component of any other product or service; (ii) use the Services or the materials on it to create any derivative works or competitive products; or (iii) allow any third parties to access, use or benefit from the Services or materials on it in any way; or (iv) use any programmatic, scripted or other mechanical means to access this Services or the materials on it.
