ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (“the Organizer”) is the organizer of the Webinar (“the Webinar”).
By participating in or submitting the online registration form to participate in the Webinar, Webinar participants (“Participants”) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. (“Terms and Conditions”)
1. Registration

a. Registration Requirement: Access to the Webinar is contingent upon the Participant's completion of the registration process and the timely payment of any applicable fees.
b. Information Accuracy: The Participant warrants and confirms that all information provided during registration (including contact details and payment information) is truthful, accurate, and complete.
2. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
2.1 Ownership of Webinar Content and Materials
a. Exclusive Ownership: The Organizer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property associated with the Webinar, including but not limited to the content, curriculum, methodologies, training materials, slide decks, presentations, notes, documents, templates, videos, audio files, designs, trademarks, logos, and any other proprietary information or creative works (collectively, the "Content").
b. Pre- and Post-Webinar Materials: This exclusive ownership applies equally to all Content shared with the Participant, whether provided before, during, or after the Webinar (e.g., pre-reading, downloadable resources, follow-up emails, or post-event access links).
2.2 Protection of Intellectual Property
All Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws, and international treaties. All copyrights in the Content are expressly reserved by the Organizer. The Participant acknowledges that the Content has been developed at substantial time and expense and constitutes valuable proprietary information of the Organizer.
2.3 Limited License to Participant
