This Special Power of Attorney is made on 26 February 2026, by PARTY_1_NAME, of PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the “Principal”).

The Principal hereby appoints PARTY_2_NAME, of PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the “Agent”), to act as the Principal’s true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the limited purpose of purchasing the motor vehicle described below, in accordance with the laws of the State of JURISDICTION_STATE.

The Agent is authorized to act on behalf of the Principal in connection with the purchase and acquisition of the vehicle described above, including but not limited to the authority to:

(a) negotiate, agree upon the purchase price, and execute a contract for the acquisition of a motor vehicle (the "Vehicle") described generally as:

VEHICLE

(b) facilitate and complete the payment for the Vehicle in the Principal's name. This authority specifically includes:

• PAYMENT_AUTHORITY
• To receive and acknowledge official receipts for all payments made on behalf of the Principal.

(c) To sign, seal, and deliver all necessary legal instruments, including but not limited to:

• Purchase Agreement;
• Title and Registration Applications;
• Insurance Contracts 

(d) To take physical delivery of the Vehicle and to perform a pre-delivery inspection

(e) VEHICLE_MATTERS

(f) Perform any other act necessary to complete the lawful purchase of the Vehicle.

This Power of Attorney is strictly limited to the purchase of Vehicle. The Agent shall provide the Principal with a complete accounting of all funds disbursed and copies of all signed documents within 10 working days from the date of execution of the said vehicle acquisition contract.

3. Term

This Special Power of Attorney shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the Principal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
