I, PARTY_1_NAME (“Donor” or “Releasor”), hereby confirm that I am voluntarily donating and transferring ownership of the vehicle described below to you, PARTY_2_NAME (“Recipient” or “Releasee”), as a gift, without any payment, consideration, or compensation of any kind.

This letter sets out the terms upon which the donation and transfer are made, including an irrevocable release and waiver of liability.
