THIS Fundraising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 14 May 2026

Between

(1) PARTY_1_NAME a nonprofit corporation whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Party 1")

(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Party 2").

Whereas

Party 1 is a non-profit organisation established for charitable purposes and is the intended beneficiary of the fundraising activities contemplated under this Agreement.

Party 2 has agreed to voluntarily conduct fundraising activities in support of Party 1’s mission, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

The parties wish to set out the principal terms and conditions relating to the proposed fundraising activity. 

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Purpose

1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions relating to a fundraising campaign or activity to be conducted by Party 2 on behalf of Party 1, as may be described from time to time in writing (the "Project").

1.2 The Fundraiser acts on a voluntary basis only and shall not be entitled to any compensation, commission, fee, reimbursement, or other remuneration in connection with the Project.

2. Commercial Terms

2.1 The parties agree that all funds raised through the Project are intended solely for the benefit of Party 1’s charitable purposes, subject to applicable laws and any further written arrangements between the parties. 

2.2 The parties shall agree in writing the specific commercial and operational terms, including where applicable: (a) the description of the fundraising campaign or activity; (b) the start date and end date; (c) the method by which donations will be collected; (d) the account, platform, or payment processor through which funds will be received; (e) the timing and method for remittance of funds to Party 1; (f) any approved third-party platform or payment processing fees; (g) the reporting requirements applicable to the Project; and (h) any specific promotional materials or communications to be used in connection with the Project.
