THIS SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT is entered into on 29 April 2024

Between

(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose registered office is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Event Holder)

(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose registered office is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Sponsor)

Whereas

(A) The Event Holder is the proprietor and organiser of the Event (as hereinafter defined) and is empowered to grant rights and licences to sponsors of the Event.

(B) The Sponsor has agreed to sponsor the Event and to acquire from the Event Holder certain rights and licences in relation to the Event on the terms set out in this Agreement.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

1.1 In this Agreement, and in the Recitals and Schedules hereto, the following terms shall (unless the context requires otherwise) have the following respective meanings:

Business Day means a day on which banks are open in JURISDICTION_COUNTRY for the transaction of business (excluding Saturday);

Company Logo means the logo of the Sponsor set out in Schedule 1;

Company Products means the products of the Sponsor set out in Shedule 2;

Designated Account means the account designated by the Event Holder to receive payment of the Sponsorship Fee;

Event means the EVENT, DESCRIPTION;

Event Logos means the Marks selected and used by the Event Holder in association with the Event;

Event Period means the PERIOD during which the Event will be held;
