We refer to an Assignment dated 30 January 2025 (the Assignment), a copy of which is attached to this Notice. Terms defined in the Assignment have the same meaning in this Notice.

We give notice to you that, pursuant to the Assignment, we have assigned absolutely all our right, title, benefit and interest to, in and under the Agreement to ASSIGNEE.

Please acknowledge receipt of this notice by signing the attached copy of it and sending it to the Assignee.
