Dear FIRST,

Thank you for your letter dated COMPLAINT. We understand your frustration at the poor level of service provided and apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

We try very hard to ensure that all our services are of the highest quality. It was apparent that on this occasion something went seriously wrong.

I have passed the details to the department concerned. We have also just launched an internal investigation on this matter. Please rest assured that we do not take this lightly. If the situation occurs again, please let us know immediately.
