Resignation

Dear [Mr / Mrs / Ms] LAST,

I am resigning from my position as [Position] for EMPLOYER, effective as of [End of Notice Period].

I have been performing my duties in accordance with the employment contract and company policies. In spite of this, I was being blamed for [STATE REASON FOR BEING FORCED OUT - losing the client account / incorrect filings / misuse of social media / compliance error] and was given the choice of being terminated or resign. I chose the latter.
