This is to notify you that your employment with ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY is terminated effective immediately. 

We have tried to reach you by telephone, but have not been successful. As you have been showing up to work for DAYS days without any satisfactory explanation, you have unilaterally breached your employment contract through job abandonment.

You will be provided with the standard severance pay for the notice period. Human Resources will contact you on your severance package after submission of the required paperwork.
