Dear PARTY_1_CONTACT,
EARLY TERMINATION NOTICE OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO ADDRESS (the "Premises") DATED DATE
We were shocked to receive the Early Termination Notice you sent to us on NOTICE relating to the above TENANCY Agreement (the "Agreement") between TENANT as the Tenant and us as the Landlord. The Tenant signed up to a term of TENANCY until ORIGINAL but has only rented for [x] months until termination. We have only received rent until DUE and have already paid the agent [month] of agency fee. [In addition, we have also miss the golden period of summer holiday when there are most tenants available.]
