THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT is entered into on 22 December 2024

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Subscriber)

Background

The Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the SERVICE service of the Company (“Service”) on the following terms:

(e) Subscription Fee: CURRENCY FEE per TERM

Service Period - No Refund of Subscription Fee Upon Termination

Post Service Period - By One TERM Written Notice
