Statement of Wishes

I, ACCOUNT_FIRST_NAME ACCOUNT_LAST_NAME, of ACCOUNT_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE, being a legal adult being of competent and sound mind, make this statement in reference to my last Will and testament dated the DATE and wish, without imposing any legal obligation on you my Executors, that you act on it accordingly. 

I acknowledge that my will determines how my estates will be distributed on death.  This statement of wishes in no way revokes or changes the provisions of my will. While this does not, and cannot, change the provisions of my will, I express the wish that my executor has due regard to these wishes when administering my estates.

I acknowledge that the circumstances at the dates of my death may have changed and I realise that my executor will have the ultimate ability and discretion to make their decisions by the provisions of my will, regardless of the wishes set out in this statement or any further statement of wishes I may prepare. This statement supersedes and revokes entirely any previous letter / statement that I may have prepared in relation to my will.
