Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the products and/or services purchased from DocPro, then you may notify us within 7 days of the initial point of purchase and we will give you a full refund if the account in question has downloaded less than five documents.
2. Except where expressly mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of Membership, in the majority of cases there are no other situations under which we will provide a refund.  We will provide a refund where required by law and in all other circumstances may provide a refund at its absolute discretion.  We intend to be objective, fair and reasonable in resolving such situations in order to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with you. 
3. The maximum refund amount claimable from us cannot exceed the amount paid by you for purchasing products and/or services from DocPro.
4. This Policy was last updated on 1 April 2022 ("Revision Date"). If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Refund Policy.
