This document can be used to draft a Settlement Agreement for traffic accident (no personal injury). This is drafted in neutral form.
Both parties confirm that no personal injury is involved in the accident and both parties will not make a complaint to the Police.
Party A agrees to settle by paying Party B a sum.
Party B agrees to release Party A and his/her insurer in respect of any injury, damage and all other losses and expenses suffered and/or incurred by Party B or any other person whether now or hereafter.
Party B will not make any claim nor receive any payment or compensation or whatsoever nature from any third party in connection with the captioned traffic accident.
This document should be carefully read by the individual Driver at Fault and Drive not at Fault.
Both parties should sign and return a copy, and once signed, both parties should get a copy. To avoid any future disputes, both parties may wish to have their signatures witnessed.
The agreed settlement sum to be paid by the Driver at fault and acknowledgement that the driver at fault will be released from all claims should be clearly stated in the settlement agreement.
