Description:

A letter/email of complaint regarding unreasonable complaints / harassment / nuisance from a neighbour in response to a noise complaint.

Complainant believes that the Harasser’s repeated complaints and getting management office and police officers to disrupt our routine daily activities constituted harassment and/or nuisance. The Complainant would like the Harasser to cease and desist from doing so. The Complainant understands that this is not a sound proof building and they had to endure one year of noise from the Harasser’s renovation earlier this year without making any complaint. They hope the Harasser would too become a good neighbour or consider moving to a building where sound proofing is better.

They will consider taking further action if this harassment does not cease.
