The Complainant understands that this is not a sound proof building and they had to endure one year of noise from the Harasser’s renovation earlier this year without making any complaint.They hope the Harasser would too become a good neighbour or consider moving to a building where sound proofing is better.
They will consider taking further action if this harassment does not cease.
