This document is a request letter from the tenant to the landlord to refund the security deposit after the expiry of the tenancy agreement.

The letter sets out the details of the agreement i.e. the agreement date, amount of security deposit and end date of the agreement. 

The letter allows the tenant to fix a demand date by which the landlord must pay the security deposit to the tenant.

The letter should be sent before any legal proceedings are initiated for breach of the tenancy agreement.
