Relationship Contract / Consent

This document can be used as a Sugar Daddy Contract / Friends with benefits contract for sugar daddy / sugar baby relationship. Generally, a sugar daddy provides financial support to sugar baby in exchange for a relationship.

This document is a legally unenforceable and potentially controversial agreement that outlines the expectations between two parties who engage in a polyamorous relationship. It should be noted that this document may be regarded as immoral or even illegal in some places, so it barely serves the purpose of an evidence of the parties' willingness to enter into a polyamorous relationship.

The main purpose of the sugar daddy / baby / seeking arrangement relationship is for both parties to satisfy their intimate needs and for Sugar Daddy to provide financial support to Sugar Baby. As such, other emotions such as love, jealousy, infatuation and other similar feelings are excluded.

The contract covers the following topics - social interactions, intimate acts, other activities, protection, escalation, term and termination, confidentiality, mutual release, health and safety, no rights under contracts for third parties, governing law.

How to use this Document?

If entering or in a relationship for the short term, this document may be used as a template to draft a relationship contract that gives consent to the stated terms of the relationship. 

This document is for parties that are friends with benefits / in an open relationship, in which permission is provided for activities within their relationship. Hence, the document may be used to form an agreement on their status.
