Document Description

A Storage Locker Rental Agreement whereby the the Lessor leases to the Renter the allocated storage locker to store its goods and other possessions. This Agreement is drafted in favour of the Lessor.

 In this template, no additional services apart are being provided to the Renter. It further provides for:

(a) purpose of storage

(b) risk and insurance responsibility

(c) liability for loss of goods

(d) licensee's right of lien over the goods in storage

(b) what to not include in the storage locker facility

In the event that the Renter uses the Locker in any way that creates a fire hazard or other serious Risk to the safety of the Locker or to the Premises, the Fitness Centre may take action necessary to eliminate such hazard or risk including termination of this agreement.

How to use this Document?

This document should be carefully read by the Fitness Centre and Renter.

Both parties should sign and return a copy, and once signed, both parties should get a copy. To avoid future disputes, both parties may wish to have their signature witnessed.

Rent, Term, Locker Unit, Access hours and rights and liabilities should all be clearly stated in the Rental Agreement.

If either party wishes to amend the agreement in the future, both parties should agree to do so, and the original agreement and amendments should be recorded in writing and signed by both parties.
