You acknowledge that you have read this Licence, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence, do not install the Software and immediately delete or dispose of the Software.

1. Licence

The Software and associated documentation is Licensed, not sold, to you by (‘we’ or "us’). We may, at our discretion, provide you with updated copies of the Software from time to time. All copies, modifications and enhancements of the Software are subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence.

We warrant that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date you purchased this Licence of the Software the medium upon which the Software is supplied to you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We do not warrant that the Software will be error free, that its use will be uninterrupted, that it will meet your requirements, that it will operate in combination with other programs of your choice or that it will provide any function not designated in the user instructions.

The Software should not be relied on as the sole basis to solve a problem whose incorrect solution could result in injury or loss (pecuniary or otherwise) to person or property. If you use the Software in such a manner it is at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law we explicitly disclaim all liability for such misuse.

It is not possible for the Software to take into account all variables which may effect water consumption and costs in all situations. Any data calculated by the Software should not be relied upon in isolation and should only be used as an estimate.

Where our liability may not be excluded our entire liability and your sole remedy for any breach by us of the foregoing limited warranty shall be, at our option, replacement of the medium upon which the Software was supplied to you, or repair or replacement of the Software. This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by us and to the extent permitted by law we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Software and any associated documentation.
