Plaintiff-Respondent Notice relating to a Notice of Appeal to contend that the decision below should be varied or affirmed on different grounds, bringing a cross-appeal against the decision.
The respondent/ defendant notices that pursuant to the leave granted, the Court of Appeal will be moved as soon as the Plaintiff acting in person can be heard. On appeal from the Judgment or Order herein, it was adjudged/ ordered certain orders.
The notice also covers situations where the respondent/defendant will cross-appeal the Order, uphold the Order, appealing to order a new trial and where the plaintiff proposes that this appeal be assigned to the list of interlocutory appeals/ list of final appeals.
This document should be carefully read by the Individual the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
The Case number, Party names, Leave Judge and Judgment date should all be clearly stated in the Notice of Appeal.
Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant should sign and return a copy, and once signed, both parties should get a copy.
The document must be submitted according to the time limit and other requirements within the jurisdiction. All relevant document should be attached in the document.
