The respondent/ defendant notices that pursuant to the leave granted, the Court of Appeal will be moved as soon as the Plaintiff acting in person can be heard. On appeal from the Judgment or Order herein, it was adjudged / ordered certain orders.

The notice also covers situations where the respondent/defendant will cross appeal the Order, uphold the Order, appealing to order a new trial and where the plaintiff proposes that this appeal be assigned to the list of interlocutory appeals/ list of final appeals.
