Click-wrap, End User Licence Agreement

The licensor disclaims any responsibility for any unforeseeable loss or damage caused by the software.

7. The Licensor provides a warranty that the software will be free from defects and function as intended, and the Warranty period is 90 days. The warranty does not apply if the Licensee modifies the software or breaches the terms of the agreement.
