This is a standard non-renewal notice for terminating a service agreement between two parties upon expiration of the contract. The notice for non-renewal is issued by the party receiving the Services highlighting the effective date for termination and reasons for termination.

How to use this Document?

This letter should be used by the Customer to notify the Service Provider of its decision to not to renew the contract for services.  The expiry date and the reasons for terminating the agreement must be stated in the letter. The effective date of termination is the same as the expiry date of the contract.
