This is to ensure that the Company's digital presence is not misrepresented in a way that would affect its reputation and branding if done incorrectly.

The Company can also state some termination grounds that give the Linker expectations of their website linking policies. Some of the termination grounds maybe, if the linker is involved with any activities that are deemed immoral, damaging the reputation or it is against the policies of the Company.
