The Company is in business with providing online tutorial services and engages tutors to conduct tutorial lessons virtually via Company's Website. 

These terms and conditions are applicable to the Students / Parent / Guardian who subscribe to the online tutoring services provided by a Company on its website. This is drafted in favour of the Company

The terms and conditions outline the terms for conducting tutorial sessions virtually i.e. the terms for registration, refund, cancellation, late arrival, tutor's obligations, etc.
