This document enables the client to release the company from any liability arising out of their participation or their dog's participation in such activities.

A full disclaimer/waiver agreement typically includes different sections aimed at protecting the company / service provides against legal claims from the client such as:

  1. Assumption of risk i.e. the client assumes the risk associated with the activity and is willing to take such risk
  2. Covenant not to sue i.e. the client promises not to sue the company for any damage, loss, or personal injury due to the participation in the Activity.
  3. Indemnity i.e. the client agrees to indemnify the company for all claims that may arise out of such participation in the activity.
