Buyers are obligated to complete purchases if they hold the highest bid and sellers have accepted it, subject to legal exceptions.

It reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or terminate user accounts for breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Liability for the quality, legality, or safety of listed items is disclaimed, and users release the platform from any claims arising from use of the service.

Intellectual property rights, including trademarks and branding, remain with their respective owners. The platform is governed by Hong Kong law, and disputes should be resolved in good faith, with notices and communications directed to the company through specified channels. Events beyond reasonable control, such as technical failures or natural disasters, may affect service performance without liability to the platform
