The Team Contract is a document that regulates the relationship between teammates in the Account Job Company. 8. Define rewards: Agree that excellent job performance will be rewarded with a bonus. Ensure that the criteria for excellent job performance are clearly defined and communicated to all teammates. Each teammate should sign the contract, including their name and the current date.
