Document Description

The Team Contract is a document that regulates the relationship between teammates in the Account Job Company. It is important because it establishes the core values, goals, scope of work, meeting norms, working norms, coordination norms, communication norms, consequences for breaking the contract, and rewards for the teammates.

The document begins with an introduction stating that the teammates wish to regulate their relationship as teammates in the company and manage the company according to the terms of the contract. It then proceeds to outline the core values that the teammates agree to work in accordance with. These core values include honesty and integrity, fairness and justice, accountability, confidentiality, and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

The document also includes the goals and scope of work agreed upon by the teammates. It states that the goals can only be modified in writing with the consent of all teammates, and the scope of work can only be modified in writing with the consent of all teammates as well.

Meeting norms are established in the document, stating that compulsory meetings will be held weekly and that being late or absent without appropriate reasons will result in a penalty of overtime working. Working norms are also outlined, emphasizing the need for professional and diligent work, respectful feedback, and consequences for personal attacks or discrimination.

Coordination norms are established, stating that the team's leader will lead meetings and assign work to teammates, who will report their progress to the leader. Communication norms are also outlined, stating that work-related communication will be conducted via email outside of meetings, with a one-hour response time during office hours. Work-related communications should not be disclosed publicly without approval from the team's leader, and absences from work should be notified in writing to the team's leader.

The document includes consequences for breaking the contract, stating that compliance with the contract is mandatory for all teammates. Allegations of breach will be thoroughly investigated by the human resources department, and teammates are encouraged to raise allegations in good faith. However, allegations made in bad faith may be classified as misconduct and could lead to dismissal. The severity of the breach will determine the disciplinary action, which may include dismissal without notice or payment in lieu of notice.

Finally, the document includes a section on rewards, stating that a bonus will be rewarded for excellent job performance. The document is signed by each teammate, including their names and the current date.
