Cancel Shared Parental Leave (SPL)

Leave Policy

For a parent who’s eligible for Shared Parental Leave (SPL), and wants to cancel the dates of their SPL with their employer. You must give your employer 8 weeks’ notice to vary or cancel SPL.

How to Use the Document? 

The document should be used by an employee hoping to cancel the dates that they originally requested SPL. 

How to Tailor the Document for your Need?
