Document Description

This document outlines the terms and conditions of web and email hosting services provided by the Company. The Company is committed to providing support for technical and server-related matters only, acting as a neutral provider of hosting services to the target audience. The policy applies to support for technical and server-related matters only and should not be seen as a general support service.

Customers may only use the Company's services for lawful purposes. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account or refuse service to anyone without prior notice. The staff may examine system accounting logs and/or access any account's directories to investigate and/or resolve system problems with proper justification. The Company may take necessary actions to restore normal server or network operation if the website hosted becomes the target of a network or a target of the investigation arising from a security incident.

The Company prohibits the transmission of any material in violation of JURISDICTION_STATE law. Pornography and related merchandising, illegal activity promotion, or content that may damage the Company are prohibited. The Company will not provide secondary or primary email services with external email services. The Company does not tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Emails or spam over its network. Any violations of the policy carry severe penalties.

The client may install any server-side scripts as required for the operation of its website as long as the concerned scripts do not include prohibited scripts. The Company will keep all scripts installed on its servers up to date with the latest stable version available from the supplier or developer of the application. Any upgrades to out-of-date scripts, including plugins and themes, whether completed by the Client or by Websites, are done at the client's risk.

The backup will be carried out on a regular basis, but there is no guarantee as to the integrity of the backups. It is the client's sole responsibility to maintain local copies of its digital content. The Company regards its clients' information with utmost respect and care and will only collect and store information required for the effective operation. The information will be confidential and used for internal business only. Client passwords are confidential and will not be made available to any person or company outside of the Company for any reason.

The client agrees to use all the Company services at its own risk and to indemnify the Company from any liabilities, losses, costs, and claims from any product or service provided. The Company makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services it provides. The Company will not be responsible for any damages customers or their enterprises may suffer.

 

How to use this Document?

Understand the script policy, which requires that the client installs any server-side scripts as required for the operation of its website, provided that the scripts do not include the prohibited server-side scripts. Understand that upgrades to out-of-date scripts, plugins, and themes are done at the client's risk.

7. Be aware of the backup policy, which will be carried out on a regular basis, but with no guarantee of the integrity of the backups. Understand that it is the client's responsibility to maintain local copies of its digital content.

8. Read the privacy statement carefully to understand how the Company handles client information and agrees that the Company may use it for internal business only. Note that client information is confidential and will not be made available to individuals or companies unless required for the operation of the Company.

9. Understand that the client agrees to use all the Company services at its own risk and to indemnify the Company from any liabilities, losses, costs, and claims from any product or service provided.
