This is a Production Agreement suitable for Podcast. Under this Agreement, the Service Provider provides podcast production services to a Customer at an Agreed Price. This agreement is drafted in a neutral manner.
The parties under this agreement agree that the Services, as prescribed, shall be carried out following and subject to this Agreement hereto.
The Service Provider shall provide the Services with the best and commercially reasonable efforts and a high professional standard to the Customer.
The Service Provider shall comply with and give all notices required by any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Services.
How to use this Document?
Both the Service Provider's and Customer's information should be provided in this agreement, along with their principal place of business.
The agreed price and completion date should also be specified and clearly describe the type(s) of services to be provided by the Photographer.
Both Parties should also provide the agreed Services, Price and time of completion/payment in the agreement. If any, they may also specify the amount of damages per week the Customer was entitled to if the Work could not be completed after the completion date.
