4. Both parties should agree on the length of warranty and time of payment after the completion of the work. This ensures that both parties are aware of the payment terms and the length of the warranty.

5. If the work is not completed by the completion date, specify the amount of damages per week that the Customer is entitled to. This ensures that both parties are aware of the consequences of non-completion.

6. The consultant should carry out the work with due care, skill, and diligence, and comply with any instructions or variations issued by the client. If any delay is anticipated due to instructions or variations, the consultant should claim an extension of time within 3 days.

7. The consultant should appoint a competent person in charge and comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and bylaws.

8. The consultant should provide services in a timely and satisfactory manner, meeting the standards of the consultant's region and community.

9. The work should be completed by the agreed completion date, and the client should accept the deliverable materials without unreasonable objections.

10. If the work is not completed by the completion date, the client is entitled to liquidated damages at the specified rate per week.

11. If the consultant fails to use reasonable care and skill or breaches its obligations, the client may require the consultant to carry out remedial services.

12. The consultant should take necessary precautions to prevent injury or damage during the work and indemnify the client against any liability arising from the work.

13. The consultant should not compete with the client's business during the agreement or within 24 months after termination.

14. The consultant should provide its own supplies and equipment, unless otherwise agreed.

15. The consultant should comply with health and safety regulations and follow any instructions issued by the client regarding exclusion from premises.

16. The client will be invoiced for the consulting services and expenses according to the specified schedule. The consultant should keep records of expenses and obtain written consent for purchases above a certain threshold.

17. The client should notify the consultant of any invoice disputes and provide supporting documentation.

18. Payment for each invoice is due within a specified timeframe, and the consultant should provide sufficient details to support the invoices.

19. The client will hold all intellectual property rights in the work product, and the consultant grants a license to use the intellectual property.

20. The consultant should not disclose the client's confidential information to third parties and should return or destroy all copies of confidential information upon termination.
