This is a Service Agreement suitable for wedding photographer services. Under this agreement, a Photographer provides wedding photography services to a Customer at an Agreed Price. This agreement is drafted in favour of the Customer.
The parties under this agreement agree that the Services, as prescribed, shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.
The Photographer shall provide the Services with best and commercially reasonable efforts and a high professional standard to the Customer.
The Photographer shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Services.
This version, as compared with the neutral version, features more favourable payment obligations for the Customer. Amongst other differences, it also allows the customer to terminate this agreement with one month's written notice for any reason whatsoever.
Both the Photographer's and Customer's information should be provided in this agreement, along with their principal place of business.
The agreed price and completion date should also be specified and clearly describe the type(s) of services to be provided by the Photographer.
Both Parties should also provide the agreed Services, Price and time of completion/payment in the agreement. If any, they may also specify the amount of damages per week the Customer was entitled to if the Work could not be completed after the completion date.
