The Servicer shall provide the Services with best and commercially reasonable efforts and a high professional standard to the Customer.
The Servicer shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Services.
The Parties also agree on termination of the Agreement and disclosure of confidential information in this Agreement.
Both the Servicer's and Customer's information should be provided in this agreement, along with their principal place of business. Both Servicer and Customer should read the agreement carefully before they sign it.
A clear description of the type(s) of services to be provided by the Servicer should also be specified, as well as the completion date, agreed price and payment schedule.
Both parties should include the address of the property which the landscaping service is to be provided. If any, they may also specify the amount of damages per week the Customer is to be entitled if the Services are not completed by the completion date. Optionally, the parties can stipulate the length of the service period and the limit in the expenses that the Servicer can incur before requiring pre-approval from the Customer.
